Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AMPTRA website, mobile app, or charging kiosk network (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

AMPTRA provides portable power bank rental kiosks located at partner venues, along with a mobile app for locating, renting, and returning power banks, and a distributor/partnership program for businesses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to rent a power bank, create an account, or enter into a distributor/venue agreement with AMPTRA.

4. Rental Terms

  • Renting a power bank requires payment via the in-app payment method or kiosk card reader.
  • Rental fees accrue based on time held, as displayed at the time of rental.
  • Power banks must be returned to any AMPTRA kiosk within the network, or may be purchased outright per the pricing shown at rental.
  • Lost, damaged, or unreturned power banks may be charged to your payment method at the full replacement cost.

5. Venue & Distributor Agreements

Separate terms may apply to venues hosting AMPTRA stations and distributors participating in the referral/ownership programs. These will be governed by individual partnership agreements.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, tamper with kiosk hardware, resell rented equipment, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.

7. Payments & Fees

All fees are disclosed prior to rental. AMPTRA reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided through the app or website.

8. Limitation of Liability

AMPTRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including device damage from charging, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

AMPTRA may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

AMPTRA may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
